1. About the Service

MasiAlert ("the Service", "we", "us") is a personal, informational tool that aggregates publicly available market data from the Casablanca Stock Exchange (Bourse de Casablanca). The Service is operated from Morocco and is governed by Moroccan law.

MasiAlert is not a financial institution, investment firm, brokerage, or licensed financial advisor. We are not registered with, licensed by, or affiliated with the Autorité Marocaine du Marché des Capitaux (AMMC), Bank Al-Maghrib, the Bourse de Casablanca, or any bank, broker, or financial institution operating in Morocco or elsewhere.

2. No Investment Advice

All content provided through the Service — including but not limited to stock prices, price changes, volume data, correlation heatmaps, alerts, and any other market information — is for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this Service constitutes, or should be interpreted as:

• A recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any security
• Financial, investment, tax, or legal advice
• An offer or invitation to engage in any financial transaction
• A guarantee of future performance or returns

You should always consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Any reliance you place on the information provided by MasiAlert is strictly at your own risk.

3. Data Sources & Accuracy

The market data displayed on the Service is collected from publicly accessible sources. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the data is accurate and up-to-date, we make no warranty or guarantee regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data
• The availability or continuity of data feeds
• The suitability of data for any particular purpose, including trading

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. Price quotes on MasiAlert may differ from prices displayed on the official Bourse de Casablanca platform, your broker's interface, or other financial data providers. Always verify data with official sources before making financial decisions.

4. Alert Limitations

The alert functionality is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered on time, at all, or with accurate trigger data. Alerts may fail, be delayed, or trigger on incorrect data due to network issues, data feed delays, server errors, or other technical factors.

You must not rely solely on MasiAlert alerts for time-sensitive trading decisions. Missed, late, or erroneous alerts do not give rise to any liability on our part.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Moroccan law, including the Dahir formant Code des Obligations et des Contrats (D.O.C.), MasiAlert and its operators shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses, lost profits, or damages arising from use of or reliance on the Service
• Any trading decisions you make based on information obtained through the Service
• Interruptions, errors, delays, or inaccuracies in the data provided
• Failure or delay in the delivery of alerts
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to protect your credentials

You use the Service entirely at your own risk. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, if any.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that:

• You are solely responsible for any investment or trading decisions you make
• You will not use the Service for any purpose that violates Moroccan law or AMMC regulations
• You will not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the data obtained through the Service
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You will not attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service's source code, design, layout, and original content are the property of MasiAlert's operators. Market data is sourced from publicly available information and is displayed for informational purposes.

The trademarks, names, and logos of the Bourse de Casablanca, AMMC, Bank Al-Maghrib, and any listed companies belong to their respective owners. MasiAlert claims no ownership or affiliation.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (Loi n° 09-08 relative à la protection des personnes physiques à l'égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel).

We collect and process only the minimum data necessary to operate the Service:

• Email address — for authentication and alert delivery
• Hashed password — for account security (we never store plaintext passwords)
• Alert preferences and watchlist data — to personalize the Service

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us or through your account profile settings, as guaranteed by Law No. 09-08 and enforced by the Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel (CNDP).

9. Service Availability

MasiAlert is provided "as is" and "as available". We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, including the Dahir formant Code des Obligations et des Contrats. Any dispute arising from the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Casablanca, Morocco.

12. AMMC Compliance Notice

MasiAlert does not perform any activities that fall under the regulated scope of the Autorité Marocaine du Marché des Capitaux (AMMC). We do not provide portfolio management, investment advisory, order execution, or any financial intermediation services. The Service is an information aggregation tool only.

If you believe that any content on this Service infringes upon regulations enforced by the AMMC, please contact us and we will promptly review and address the concern.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
